Experience: More then 40 Years

Mr. Kelley R.C.I. Mr. Kelley's credentials include 40 years as an artist and Cosmetologist. 14 years as an instructor of Cosmetology for Santa Monica College. 20 years as an Instructor for the Los Angeles Unified School District at West Valley Occupational Center. Mr. Kelley likes to teach the freshman class, he say's, "it is because he teaches all of the basics and has the greatest impact on the students career".
