  • Items must be returned within 15 business days of Post Office delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday.

  • You must notify us about your return. Please E-MAIL as soon as you decide you would like to return your purchase.

  • Enclose the unused item(s) with all additional materials including packaging, boxes and un-tampered tags* in the package we have provided.

Once the package is received at SkinCareLA.com it is thoroughly inspected to ensure that there was no use of the item(s). Your credit card will then be refunded the amount of the item excluding original shipping charges.
Please allow a short processing period to fill your refund. This should be no more than 5 business days providing that the returned item(s) has met the above criteria. During holiday seasons time expectancy may vary.
